Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Community Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at New Rising Sun Baptist Church. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Bisland Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Lucretia Dell Fletcher; his father, Milton Fletcher; one son, Reginald Fletcher Jr. of Gray; one daughter, Kierra Kinae Fletcher of Gray; one brother, Bernard Payne Jr. of Houma; and two sisters, Stephanie Burns and Constance Fletcher, both of New Orleans. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carrie Mae Fletcher; and one son, Kerrick Jamal Fletcher. He was a manager for Rite Aid Stores and was musician for Mount Calvary, Eagle Wright and St. James Baptist churches. He was a member of the Royal Dukes social club, Phi Mu Alpha Fraternity and Kappa Alphi Psi Fraternity.
