Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Mercy Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. He is survived by his father, Albert McGonzy; three sons, Robert Bobb of Santa Maria, Calif., and Alvin Madison Jr. and Cedric Madison, both of Beaumont; two daughters, Shaunte Madison and La'Toya Madison, both of Houma; one brother, Calvin Madison; five sisters, Gloria Davis, Juy Brown, Laura Ford, Elizabeth Boudreaux and Lourie Evans, all of Beaumont; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Williams. He was a contractor welder and a U.S. Army veteran. He was Baptist.
