Donald Ohda

Donald Eugene Ohda, 66, a native of Sterling, Ill., and resident of Franklin, 
N.C., died Friday, June 10, 2005.

Services will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Jean Stevens Ohda; his mother, Darlene Nason 
Ohda Stoner; seven children, Connie Martin and husband, Scott, of Houma, Clay 
Ohda and wife, Catherine, of Houma, Jennifer Neuman and husband, Michael, of 
Henniker, N.H., Robert Liss of Lisbon, N.H., Thomas Liss of Branford, Conn., 
Todd Ohda and wife, Rendy, of Houma and Tammy Tomlinson and husband, Michael, of 
Klamath Falls, Ore.; five siblings, Larry Ohda of Rockford, Ill., Sandie Corbin 
of Rising Sun, Md., Kathy Smith of Woodville, Texas, Betty Aguilar of Borger, 
Texas, and Sherry Smith of Sterling, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; three great-
grandchildren; and numerous relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Ohda.

He was retired from the U.S. Air Force with 22 years of service and retired from 
the U.S. Postal Service after 20 years of service.

He was a member of the church of the Great Outdoors and a member of the 
Burningtown Iotla Volunteer Fire Dept.
