Drue Uzee							[Photo]

Drue McHugh Uzee, 56, a native of Morgan City and resident of Raceland, died at 
7:40 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at First Baptist Church 
in Lockport. Services will be at noon Tuesday at the church, with burial in 
Cottonwood Cemetery in Lottie.

She is survived by her husband, Barry Uzee; three daughters, Renee Gautreaux and 
husband, Randy, Andree Uzee and Harriet Sevin and husband, Jai; one brother, 
Mike McHugh; one sister, Harriet Schultz; and two grandchildren, Austin Griffin 
and Breanna Uzee.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rod and Daphne Johnson McHugh.

She was a retired teacher with 20 years of service at Raceland Junior High 
School.

She was Baptist.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
