Edwin Bernard						[Photo]

Edwin Bernard, 78, a native and resident of Raceland, died Tuesday, June 28, 
2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday 
at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. 
Mary's Nativity Church in Raceland, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by one son, Edwin J. Bernard; two sisters, Eldora Dunne and 
Marguerite Detillier; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bridget Robichaux Bernard; his parents, 
Eugene and Marie B. Bernard; one son, Edward J. "Coonie" Bernard; one brother, 
Henry Bernard; one sister, Mabel Boudreaux; and one grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family to help with expenses are preferred.
