Hennessey Lee Jr.

Hennessey "Jr." Lee Jr., 60, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Galliano, 
died at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, June 4, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at 
the church, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.

He is survived by one daughter, Jeanne Lee Lopez and husband, Armando; four 
sisters, Julia Naquin, Norma Billiot, Dora Mae Rebstock and Louverda Bourgeois; 
and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Leach Lee; his parents, Hennessey 
Sr. and Philonese Crosby Lee; two brothers, Norman and Paul Lee; and five 
sisters, Clovoisa Guidry, Lovenia Bourgeois; Evolia Matherne, Julie Lee and 
Virginia Arceneaux.

He was a self-employed fisherman and a member of the Knights of Columbus and 
Bayou Civic Club.

He was Catholic.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family to help with funeral expenses are 
preferred.
