Jackie Hebert LeBouef Schultz, 64, a native and resident of Houma, died at 10:09 
a.m. Sunday, June 12, 2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Tuesday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the 
funeral home chapel, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Russell Schultz of Houma; two daughters, Daina 
Lewis of Sierra Vista, Ariz., and Susan Estrada of Tucson, Ariz.; three sisters, 
Olive LeBlanc, Mable Matherne of Houma and Barbara Gautreaux of Chauvin; and two 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, William P. LeBouef Jr.; her 
parents, Alphonse Hebert and Elodie Brunet Hebert; one son, Darryl LeBouef; and 
two brothers, Rufus and Philip Hebert.

She was a homemaker and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
