Rena Ougel

Rena Marie Ougel, 83, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Larose, died at 
11:10 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2005.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in 
Larose, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Rema Marie Ougel Yates and husband, John; three 
grandchildren, Melissa Broadus and husband, Kevin, Sue Ellen Gisclair and Margo 
Yates; and five great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kierstyn and Karyl Broadus, Tyler 
Yates and Corey Cheramie Jr.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gracien and Evelyncia Pitre; three 
brothers, Wilman, Winnifred and Volise Pitre; and one sister, Edia Ougel.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
