Shirley Blank

Shirley Jean Moore Blank, 54, a native and resident of Thibodaux died Monday, 
June 20, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Thibodaux Funeral 
Home Chapel. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with burial in 
St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Ferrall Blank; one son, Bryan Blank; two 
brothers, George W. "Bubba" Moore Jr. and Michael Wayne Moore, both of 
Thibodaux; and two sisters, Cathy Bernard and Sandra Levron, both of Thibodaux.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George W. Moore Sr. and Nellie Holley 
Moore.
