The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= June 05. 2005 1:57AM William Corts [Photo] William Miles "Bill" Corts, 90, a native of Wirt, Okla., and resident of Houma, died at 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2005. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Falgout Chapel. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church, with burial in Garden of Memories. He is survived by his wife, Eunice Bryant Corts; two sons, Stephen Lee Corts and wife, Juanita, and Frank E. Corts and wife, Judy; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank W. Corts and Alice Turner Corts; and one brother, Robert T. "Bob" Corts. He was a parishioner of First United Methodist Church and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a fisherman and enjoyed woodworking.
