Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Fay J. Chauvin Jr. of Houma; one son, Fay "Joe" Joseph Chauvin III and wife, Linda, of Missouri City, Texas; four daughters, Sibyl Maier of Houma, Elouise Chauvin of Joelton, Tenn., Harriet Wright and husband, Thomas, of Fort Myers, Fla., and Aimee Lasseigne and husband, Dr. Richard Lasseigne of Thibodaux; one brother, Thomas Robichaux and wife, Rita, of Raceland; one sister, Therese Hodson of Houma; 11 grandchildren; Mike Maier, Michelle Maier Siegel, Mark Maier, Jeanine Gesser, Brad Chauvin, Margaret Wright, Elizabeth Wright, William Wright, Richard Lasseigne, Jeremy Lasseigne and Jeffrey Lasseigne; and five great-grandchildren, Mark A. Maier II, Matthew Maier, Michael Maier, Samantha Siegel and Eric T. Chauvin II. She was preceded in death by her parents, Conrad Robichaux and Winona Chauvin Robichaux; one son-in-law, Doug Maier; one grandson, Eric T. Chauvin; two brothers, Raymond Robichaux and Conrad Robichaux; and one sister-in-law, Priscilla Robichaux. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Francis de Sales Ladies Altar Society and VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
