Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Falgout Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. She is survived by her mother, Rose Lacobon Schoell and companion, Ernest Espino; her grandparents, Joseph and Louise Lacobon of Dulac; two sons, Donald Schoell and Sean Paul Verdin of Houma; two daughters, Angel Schoell and Jodieann Verdin of Houma; and three brothers, John and companion, Michelle Fanguy, Clayton and companion, Angela Sims, and Joshua Schoell, all of Houma. She was preceded in death by her father, John C. Schoell. She was preceded in death by her father, John C. Schoell; her uncle, Thomas Walden; and one cousin, Monica Corley. She was a loving, devoted and dedicated mother. A Verdin Memorial Fund has been set up at Whitney National Bank. Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
