Blake Valenzuela

Blake William Valenzuela, one month, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, 
died at 10:42 p.m. Friday, July 1, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow. Mass will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the 
church, with burial in Williams Cemetery in Golden Meadow.

He is survived by his parents, Antonio and Wendy Valenzuela; his grandparents, 
Kirk and Penny Williams and Justo Valenzuela and Selfida de la Cruz; and his 
great-grandparents, Roy Williams and Landry and Valera Charpentier.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Leoda Anselmi Williams.

He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church.
