Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Rogers Matherne Cemetery. He is survived by his father, Jerry Brunet of Laurel, Miss.; his mother and stepfather, Mary Barbara Scott and Norris Scott of Houma; three sons, Brandon Steele of Gibson, Charles Brunet Jr. and wife, Telina, of Bastrop and Austin Brunet of Houma; one daughter, Amber Brunet of Houma; two brothers, Robin Brunet Sr. and Darrel Billiot of Houma; two sisters, Samantha Marcel and husband, Mel, of Chauvin, and Vickie Price and husband, Daren, of Lockport; and two grandchildren.
