Daisy Thibodeaux					[Photo]

Daisy Phares Thibodeaux, 87, a native of Amite and resident of Houma, died at 6 
p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2005.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious 
service will be at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel. Graveside service 
will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Battles Cemetery in Amite.

She is survived by one daughter, Billie Wilson and husband, Jerry, of Houma; two 
sisters, Ruth Bradford of Haggerstown, Md., and Pearlie Beckner of Waynesboro, 
Pa.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Thibodeaux; her parents, Daniel 
Phares and Clotile Bennett Phares; and two brothers, Jessie and Eddie Phares.

She was a retired medical clerk for the State of Louisiana and was a member of 
Coteau Baptist Church.
