Kraemer, 71, a native of Mathews and resident of Bayou Blue, died at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2005. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by one son, Michael Kraemer of Houma; two daughters, Terry Rivero Marcum and Barbara Layfield; one stepdaughter, Wendy Knight; one brother, Norman Savoie; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aurelian Kraemer Jr.; her parents, Morris and Mathilde Rodrigue Savoie; one brother, Morris Savoie; and four sisters, Beulah Dupre, Eva Rogers, Laura Danos and Rosalie Dupre. She was cafeteria manager at Bayou Blue Elementary School and a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church.
