Dorothy David

Dorothy Ohmer David, 81, a native of Labadieville and resident of Thibodaux, 
died Thursday, July 7, 2005.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Wednesday at Landry's Funeral Home. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. 
Philomena Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Richard and Carey David; two brothers, Irving Ohmer 
Sr. and George Ohmer Jr.; one sister, Mayola Barras; two grandchildren; and one 
great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph David; her parents, George and 
Florence Barras Ohmer; one brother, Gerald Ohmer Sr.; and one sister, Doris 
Ohmar Lombas.
