Joseph "Joey" Mike Jr., 45, a native of New Orleans and resident of Thibodaux, 
died Saturday, July 16, 2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Tuesday at Thibodaux Funeral Home. Time of Reflection service will be at 9:30 
a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Bridget 
Catholic Church in Schriever, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Amy Lassere "K" Mike; his parents, Joseph James Mike 
Sr. and Judy Chapman Mike; one son, Joseph "Jamey" Mike III; one daughter, 
Jaclyn Mike; one stepson, TC Keplinger; one stepdaughter, Sonny Keplinger; two 
brothers, Jeff Mike and Curtis Pauls; one sister, Brenda Barrilleaux; four 
nieces, Callie Barrilleaux, Jamara Doiron, Gabriel Lassere and Cheyanna Lassere; 
and five nephews, Michael Biondo Jr., Jeffery "Jace" Mike, Brandon Lassere, 
Shelby Guidry and Brandon Guidry.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mildred and Chester Chapman, Cora 
Accord Bowman and Sam and Eunice Mike.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Thibodaux Family Church, 
P.O. Box 350, Thibodaux, LA or St. Bridget Catholic Church, 1024 La. 24, 
Schriever, LA 70395.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
