Marie Defelice						[Photo]

Marie Antoinette "Tau Net" Gregoire Defelice, 84, a native of Terrebonne Parish 
and resident of Houma, died at 10:10 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2005.

Visitation will be from 3 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Thursday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday 
at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Joseph Defelice and wife, Judy, of Houma and John 
Sidney Defelice and wife, Florence, of Grand Caillou; two daughters, Elaine 
Defelice of Houma and Annie W. Foret of Colorado; three sisters, Vivian Fitch, 
Cecile LeBlanc of Houma and Lizmae Billiot of Grand Caillou; 15 grandchildren; 
26 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. Defelice; her parents, 
Adrian Gregoire and Marie Defelice Gregoire; one son, Walter A. Defelice; one 
grandson, Joseph Walter Defelice; six brothers, Ellis, Pierre, John, Alex, 
Albert and Lindsey Gregoire; and five sisters, Florestine Lodrigue, Ida Solet, 
Stella Billiot, Eva Corteaux and Geneieve Gregoire.

She was a homemaker and a member of Clanton Methodist Church.
