Mary Danos

Mary Lou Cheramie Danos, 79, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, died at 8 
a.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2005.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano 
and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic 
Church in Golden Meadow. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with 
burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Leonce Danos; three sons, Kennon, Randy and Wade 
Danos; two daughters, Barbara Marlbrough and Lou Anne Allemand; two brothers, 
Joseph and William Cheramie; two sisters, Vivian Defelice and Norma Chiasson; 
nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paris and Clemence Guidry Cheramie; 
one brother, Calvin Cheramie; one sister, Lorena Lafont; and two grandchildren, 
Steven Dufrene and Kris Danos.

She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and a parishioner of Our Lady of 
Prompt Succor Catholic Church.
