Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Annunziata Catholic Church. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the church, with interment in Holy Rosary Mausoleum. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Vanzura of Austin, Texas; three stepdaughters of Kansas; four stepsons of Kansas; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John K. Murphey; her second husband, David Madere; her parents, Henry and Aurelia Boudreaux Blanchard; two daughters, Mary Ellen Murphey and Kathleen Kling; one brother, Lawrence "Toblanc" Blanchard; and two sisters, Ethel Landry and Florence Collins. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church. Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
