Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 11 a.m. to funeral time Friday at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home in Covington. Mass will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Pinecrest Cemetery. He is survived by two sons, Paul Jr. and Dean Shoultz; one daughter-in-law, Kathie Shoultz; two brothers, Jimmy Shoultz of Covington and Glen Shoultz of Fort Worth, Texas; one sister, Ruth Rayburn of Covington; one grandchild, Taylor Shoultz; one step-grandchild, Kristen Cenac; his cousin, August Schoultz of Covington; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, Henry Shoultz. He was a retired oilfield salesman and avid coin collector. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research are preferred. E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
