Robert Gautreaux					[Photo]

Robert J. Gautreaux, 78, a native and resident of Houma, died at 9:55 a.m. 
Sunday, July 24, 2005.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to funeral time today at Holy Rosary Catholic 
Church in Houma. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at the church, with burial 
in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Della B. Gautreaux; one son, Bobby John Gautreaux; 
one daughter, Marla Anne Gautreaux Crochet; five brothers, Roland, Camille, 
Reuben, Golden Jr. and Hayes Gautreaux; one sister, Frances G. Authement; and 
two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Golden "Chuck" and Rosadell Chaisson 
Gautreaux; and four brothers, Simon, Howard, Michael and Murphy Gautreux.

He was retired from Shell Oil 32 years and was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War 
II.

He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
