Roy Billiot						[Photo]

Roy John "Tookie" Billiot, 57, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of 
Montegut, died Thursday, July 14, 2005.

Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Tuesday at Samart Funeral Home in Bayou Blue. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at 
the funeral home, with burial in Dugas Cemetery.

He is survived by two sons, Roy David Billiot and wife, Eliza, and Billy John 
Billiot and wife, Adele; three daughters, Sally Joe Lirette and husband, Gary, 
Jessica Lenn Fredricks and husband, Dustin, and Lucenda Marie Billiot; four 
brothers, Roger Billiot of Indianapolis, Thaddeas Paul Billiot of Houma, Pete 
Paul Billiot of Mobile, Ala., and Frank John Billiot of Indianapolis; six 
sisters, Priscilla Bivens of Bay St. Louis, Juanita Pellegrin of Houma, Theresa 
Billiot of Montreal, Canada, Patricia Courteaux of Bayou Blue, Jeanette Billiot 
of New Iberia and Catherine Billiot of Colorado; and one half-sister, Elizabeth 
Billiot of Indianapolis.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Beulah Ann Billiot; his companion, 
Agnes Rodrigue; his parents, Frank Joseph Billiot and Maydora Dion Billiot; one 
daughter, Sandra Ann Billiot; and one brother, Leroy Joseph Billiot.

He was a fisherman.

In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral expenses are preferred.
