William Seeber III					[Photo]

William "Bill" Valentine Seeber III, 62, a native of New Orleans and resident of 
Chauvin, died at 5:40 a.m. Monday, June 27, 2005.

He is survived by his wife, Naomi Carmouche Seeber of Chauvin; three sons, 
William V. "Chip" Seeber IV and wife, Michelle, of Houma, Joseph Louis Seeber of 
Chauvin and Jason John Seeber and wife, Melissa, of Houma; one daughter, Jamie 
Seeber Schneider and husband, Jack, of Houston; one sister, Judith Seeber Habert 
of St. Louis; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William V. Seeber Jr. and Lois Gros 
Seeber.

He was owner and operator of Point Cocodrie Inn and a former attorney in the 
Orleans Parish.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the America's Wetland 
Restoration Fund, P.O. Box 44249, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-4249.
