Alice Guidry

Alice Dantin Guidry, 102, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 2:30 a.m. 
Saturday, Aug. 20, 2005.

Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic 
Church. Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. at the church, with burial at St. Mary 
Cemetery.

She is survived by two daughters, Rose Mary Robichaux and Alice Mae Plaisance; 
11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Paul Guidry; her parents, Edgar Dantin Sr. 
and Emma Foret Dantin; one son, Lovell Guidry; four brothers, Joseph Dantin, 
Nelson Dantin, Samson Dantin and Edgar Dantin Jr.; and four sisters, Lauza 
Bergeron, Irma Breaux, Josephine McDonald and Kate Rodriguez; and two 
grandchildren.

She was a parishioner of St. Mary Catholic Church and a member of St. Mary 
Ladies Altar Society.
