Eloise Bienvenu					[Photo]

Eloise Bourgeois Bienvenu, 90, a resident of St. Martin Nursing and Rehab in St. 
Martinville, died Monday, Aug. 1, 2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Wednesday at Pellerin Funeral Home in St. Martinville. Rosary will be recited at 
7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday 
at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, with burial in St. 
Michael Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Laurie Bourque and husband, Jerry, of 
Lafayette; one brother, Lester Bourgeois Sr. of Schriever; one sister, Lillian 
Myers of Thibodaux; three grandchildren, Kim Strong, Amy Primeaux and Julie 
Bourque; three great-grandchildren; and 27 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ward Bienvenu; her parents, Valerie 
and Julia Thibodeaux Bourgeois; one sister, Julia Carver; and four brothers, 
Valerie Jr., Clarence, Lawrence and Harold Bourgeois.

She was a member of the retired teachers association and the AARP.

Pallbearers will be Lester Bourgeois Jr., Bernard Breaux, John Bourgeois, George 
Laughlin, Jerry Bourque and Donald Bourgeois.

Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
