James Robinson Jr.					[Photo]

James Joseph Robinson Jr., 73, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of New 
Orleans, died Friday, Aug. 12, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Community Funeral Home. 
Funeral service will be at noon Friday at the funeral home, with burial in Union 
Benevolent Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Jones Robinson; three sons, Artie Robinson 
and wife, Luzuiminda, of Las Vegas, Ralph Robinson and wife, Darlene, and Corey 
Robinson Sr., all of Houma; one daughter, Denise Youngblood and husband, 
Johnnie, of New Orleans; two brothers, Lionel Robinson Sr. and wife, Maggie, of 
Houma and Ronnie Robinson of Baton Rouge; one sister, Bobbie Jones and husband, 
Sherman; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Robinson Sr. and Ida Robinson.

He was a self-employed carpenter and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

He was Catholic.
