Jerry Bergeron, Sr.

Jerry Wayne "Nig" Bergeron Sr., 60, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, 
died at 5:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, 2005

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time today at Coteau Baptist Church.  
Religious service will be at 3 p.m. today at the church, with burial in Garden 
of Memories Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Laura Mae Boyd Bergeron; his mother, Gayknell 
Batemon Bergeron; three sons, Jerry Bergeron and wife, Connie, Timmy Bergeron 
and wife, Lois, and Clay Boyd Bergeron and wife, Penny; two daughters, Susie 
McKenzie and husband, Ricky, and Carol De-Phillips and husband, Mike; two 
brothers, Donald Ray and Gilbert Lee Bergeron; 14 grandchildren; and one great 
grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Clemille Bergeron; and one 
grandson, Jonathan Bergeron.

He was a member of Coteau Baptiste Church.
