Johnny Fayette Sr.

Johnny J. Fayette Sr., 73, a native of Paradis and resident of Gheens, died 
Thursday, Aug. 25. 2005.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Monday at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland.  Religious service will be at 10 
a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with burial in Holy Savoir Cemetery in 
Lockport.

He is survived by five sons, Johnny Jr., Tex, James, Joey and Hector Fayette; 
one daughter, Faye Orgeron; one brother, Earlis Fayette; six sisters, Edna 
Utterburg, Earline Williams, Dot DePortter, Dolly Bergeron, Annette Plaisance 
and Darlene Bruce; eight grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nelva D. Fayette; his parents, Hector and 
Alcidee B. Fayette; and one brother, Exo Fayette.
