Visitation will be from 3 to 10 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Eloi Catholic Church. Mass will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his mother, Frances "Tuttie" Liner of Bayou Dularge; his step- father, Ivy "Shine" Liner of Bayou Dularge; his former wife, Christine Marie Theriot Bridges; one son, Ashley Peter Guidry and wife, Debra of Houma; one daughter, Lea Marie Guidry Verret and husband, Brad of Houma; five brothers, Kurnest "Snookie" Paul Guidry Jr. and wife, Patricia, Clinton John Liner and wife, Merrill, Randy Paul Liner Sr. and wife, Mary of Houma; Ralph Joseph Liner and wife, Stacey, and Kevin Joseph Liner and wife, Shannon of Theriot; one sister, Phyllis Ann Liner Dugas and husband, Albert "Buddy" of Theriot; two grandchildren, Courtney Elizabeth Verret and Kyera Alexis Guidry; and three step-grandchildren, Michael Blayne Scott, Trent Matthew Scott and Kade Jordan Scott. He was preceded in death by his father, Kurnest Paul Guidry Sr.; and his grandparents, Sanders and Bridgette Dehart and Clifford and Mary Guidry. He was a driller with Tetra Technologies Inc. for many years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church.
