Ford, 64, a native of Waco, Texas, and resident of Raceland, died at 12:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 19, 2005. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at First Baptist Church of Raceland. Services will be at 11 a.m. at the church, with burial at St. Hilary Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Larry Ford; her mother-in-law, Lucille Ford; one son, Scotty Ford and fiancee, Liz Danos; one daughter, Jennifer Ford and partner, Clara Lanegrasse; one brother, Lanny Wilkinson; one sister, Mildred Weathers; one grandchild, Erica Ford; two step-grandchildren, Brandy Bower and Jacob Danos; one great-grandchild, Alexis Breaux; and one step-great-grandchild, Kameryn Bower. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pete Wilkinson and Opal Wilkinson; her father-in-law, Theophile Ford Sr.; and one sister, Joyce Zeringue. Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
