Beulah Evans						[Photo]

Beulah Gertrude Jamison Evans, 66, a native and resident of New Orleans, died at 
11:20 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Moses Baptist Church in 
Thibodaux. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in St. 
Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Evans Sr.; six sons, Michael Jamison, 
Claude Evans, Keith Evans, Kevin Evans, Paul Evans and Robert Evans Jr.; four 
daughters, Cynthia J. Christmas, Janice Jamison, Claudette Seaberry and Paul 
Evans; one brother, Benjamin Corsey; 32 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; 
and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Warren Corsey.

She was a member of Antioch Spiritual Church of New Orleans.

The Evans family would like to thank Nicholls State University shelter 
volunteers and Thibodaux Regional Medical Center staff.
