The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= September 22. 2005 12:00AM Beverly McGuire [Photo] Beverly Ann Daniels "Musty" McGuire, 69, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died at 4:20 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16, 2005. Visitation will be from 5 to 7:55 p.m. Friday at First Corinthian Baptist Church. Wake service will be at 8 p.m. Friday at the church. Religious service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Deweyville Cemetery. She is survived by two sons, Karnel P. McGuire and Glen M. McGuire, both of Houma; one sister, Juanita Williams of Houma; eight sisters-in-law, Pearly McGuire and Ora Lee McGuire, both of Houma, Genetta Daniels of Franklin, Willie Mae Jordan of Tamoco, Wash., Rosetta White of Houma, Lula Jefferson of Houston, and Gloria Daniels and Ann Pernell, both of Los Angeles; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one godchild, Eartis Aubert Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Berwick McGuire Jr.; her parents, Clara and Edward Daniels; two brothers, James Elton Daniels Sr. and Floyd Daniels; one sister, Irma Mae "Toot" Daniels Aubert; one niece, Andrea Wallis; one nephew, Curtis Aubert; her godmother, Carrie Victor; her mother-in-law, Augustine Galmore; her father-in-law, Berwick McGuire Sr.; four sisters-in-law, Louise Taplett, Idell McGuire, Olivia McGuire and Maisie McGuire; and two brothers-in-law, Robert and Milton McGuire. She was a retired custodian and a member of First Corinthian Baptist Church. Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
