Della Roussel

Della Mae Parks Roussel, 76, a native of Marrero and resident of Belle Chasse, 
died at 7:25 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Mary's Nativity 
Catholic Church in Raceland. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, 
with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by one son, Wayne Roussel and wife, Cynthia; three daughters, 
Pamela Wattigney and husband, Stephen Sr., Paulette Angrisano Milan and husband, 
Rick, and Patti Sigur and husband, Billy; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivy Parks Sr. and Agnes Guidry Parks; 
two brothers, Roland Parks and Ivy Parks Jr.; and one sister, Delta Barthelemy.
