Fred Labry

Fred Joseph Labry, 87, a native and resident of Hahnville, died at 2:08 p.m. 
Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic 
Church in Hahnville. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial 
in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Taft.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Ristroph Labry; one daughter, Linda L. Fleniken 
and husband, Lee; one foster brother, Dan Horn and wife, Ruth; three 
grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Laurent J. Labry and Florence Frederick 
Labry; and his adoptive mother, Marie "Keet" Martin.

He was a former member of the Lions Club, BSA and American Legion.

He was a World War II veteran.
