Johnny Bolden

Johnny H. Bolden, 79, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Grand 
Caillou, died Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Morning Star Baptist 
Church in Grand Caillou. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the 
church, with burial in Bobtown Garden of Memories Cemetery.

He is survived by two daughters, Delores G. Peterson and Miriam Theophile, both 
of New Orleans; one brother, Clarence Bolden of Grand Caillou; and one sister, 
Elmira W. East of New Orleans.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Bolden and Beatrice Bolden; two 
daughters, Beverly Bolden and Barbara Bolden; one brother, Isaac "Pete" Bolden; 
and one sister, Pearl B. Trosclair.

He was a World War II veteran and was Baptist.
