Jules Flakes Jr., 75, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Saturday, Sept. 
24, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Moses Baptist Church in 
Thibodaux. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with 
burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Eula Mae Flakes of Thibodaux; five sisters, Louella 
F. Rhodes of Detroit, Mich., Dorothy F. Davis and Martha Flakes of Thibodaux, 
Mercedes F. Winston and Mary F. Williams of New Orleans; and one brother, 
Lawrence Flakes of Thibodaux.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jules Sr. and Elizabeth Flakes; one 
sister, Eula Pearl F. Reado; and two brothers, Raymond Flakes Sr. and Eddie 
Flakes Sr.

He was a member of Moses Baptist Church Choir.
