Leona Babin

Leona K. Babin, 75, a native of St. Charles community and a resident of 
Raceland, died at 4:35 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Mary?s Nativity 
Catholic Church in Raceland.  Mass will be at 11 a.m. at the church, with burial 
in the church cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Harry and Wayne Babin; one daughter, Linda Babin 
Adams; one sister, Mable Martinolich; six grandchildren; and seven great 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Babin; her parents, Lufroid and 
Marie Gilfour Knoblock; and numerous brothers and sisters.  She was a 
parishioner of St. Mary?s Nativity Catholic Church.
