Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church in Mathews. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by one son, Nelson A. Durio and wife, Jane Walker Durio, of Plaisance; one daughter, Ethel Jane Durio of Raceland; one brother, Ebdor Adams Sr. of Westwego; four sisters, Vida Toups, Bertha Walker and Augusta Cheramie, all of Galliano and Vada Singletary of Jasper, Texas; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin A. Durio; her parents, Lezie and Alice Guidry Adams; two brothers, Oliver Adams Sr. and Theo Adams; and two sisters, Stella Adams Terrebonne and Cherite Adams Dandry. She was a housewife, a member of Consel of Catholic Women and a parishioner of St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church.
