Oris Eschete Jr.

Oris P. "Plucky" Eschete Jr., 63, a native of Houma and resident of Cullman, 
Ala., died Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005.

Memorial services were held at Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Alabama.

He is survived by his wife, Marian Portier Eschete of Cullman; two daughters, 
Lori Goudeau and husband, Mark, of Cullman and Penny Romero and husband, Ray, of 
Houma; one sister, Myrna Bourg and husband, A.J., of Houma; and two 
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oris P. Eschete Sr. and Hazel Cecile 
Braud; two grandchildren, Kevin Michael Sampay and Jennifer Leigh Goudeau.

He served as an elder in the Cullman congregation, and his ministry was his 
life.
