Visitation will be from 4 to 7:55 p.m. Friday at Residence Baptist Church. Wake service will be at 8 p.m. Friday at the church. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Union Benevolent Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter, Geraldine C. Porter and husband, Herman Sr., of Houma; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four great-great- grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Louis Clinton; her second husband, Henry Carvin; her parents, Irvin and Celia Collins Stewart; two sons, Louis Clinton and Irvin Clinton; three daughters, Joyce Helen Clinton, Mercedes D. Clinton and Audrey C. Thomas; two brothers, Silas Stewart and Robert Stewart; and three sisters, Louise Stewart, Alma Nevers and Lena Turner. She was a homemaker and a member of Residence Baptist Church. She was the Mother, a senior choir member and deaconess board member of Residence Baptist Church. She was a member of Sunflower Chapter No. 205, O.E.S., Golden Social Aid, Women's Uplift Society and a member of Terrebonne Parish Council on Aging. Gertrude Geddes Willis Terrebonne Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
