Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at St. Luke Baptist Church. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by three sons, Lee Jeff Jr., Herbert Jeff and Freddie Jeff; five daughters, Ruth Hubbard Celestin, Delores Jeff, Lillian Bates, Juanita Pounds and Shirley Mae Williams; 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lemond Jeff; her parents, Littand and Louis Beloney; two daughters, Catherine Clark and Mildred Perkins; five brothers, Clifford, Louis, Frank, Stanley and Washington Baloney; and five sisters, Olivia Ruffin, Rosie Mack, Louise Harris, Bertha Baloney and Darcus Taylor. She was a homemaker and member of the Usher Board, Deaconess Board, Eastern Star and Mother of the Church. She was a member of St. Luke Baptist Church in Houma and Amazon Baptist Church in New Orleans.
