Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Chauvin. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by three sons, Daniel Trahan and wife, Maybelle, Ronnie Trahan and wife, Veronica, of Chauvin and Curtis Trahan and wife, Jenny, of Lafayette; four daughters, Susan Authement and husband, Dudley, Angela LeBoeuf and husband, David, of Chauvin, Wanda Pellegrin and husband, Jim, and Eurilda Matrana and husband, Anthony, of Houma; two brothers, Druby Ledet of Houma and Gerald Ledet of Chauvin; 22 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence "Sam" Trahan; her parents, Willis and Olivia Dupre Ledet; one grandson, Ronnie Trahan Jr.; three brothers, Albert, Ragis and Remy Ledet; and one sister, Rosemary Danos Portier. She was a member of the Ladies Alter Society and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
