William Gasery						[Photo]

William "Pee Wee" Gasery, 53, a native and resident of Schriever, died Monday, 
Aug. 29, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at First Baptist Church 
in Schriever. Religious service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, with 
burial in Halfway Cemetery in Gray.

He is survived by his former wife, Carol Ruffin; two sons, Courtney Henry of San 
Diego and William Henry of Houma; one daughter, Ashley Gasery of Houma; five 
brothers, John L. Gasery Jr. and Earl T. Gasery, both of Slidell, Percy Gasery 
Sr. of Thibodaux, Preston Gasery of Marrero and Lawrence Gasery of Schriever; 
three sisters, Annie Mae Norman of Houma, Cheryl Gasery of Harvey and Elmira 
King of Thibodaux; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John L. Gasery Sr. and Lillie Gasery; 
one brother, Lester Gasery; two sisters, Louise Tardieff and Daisy Small; his 
grandparents, Eddie and Louise Brown and Walter and Daisy Gasery; and one 
granddaughter, Alexis Dhuet.

He was Baptist.
