Abel Caillouet

Abel A. "Harry" Caillouet Sr., 82, a native of Houma and resident of Thibodaux, 
died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Christ The Redeemer 
Catholic Church in Thibodaux. Mass will be at noon Monday at the church, with 
burial in St. Joseph cemetery in Thibodaux.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy Bernard Caillouet; four sons, Abel A. 
Caillouet Jr., David Caillouet and wife, Annette, Glen Caillouet; and Scott 
Caillouet and wife, Angelle; one daughter, Catherine Marcello and husband, 
Howard; two sisters, Flo Thibodaux and Heloise Torres; and nine grandchildren, 
Bradley, Joshua, Ross, William, Grant and Emma Caillouet, Marc Caillouet and 
wife, Jill, Lucas Marcello and Caroline Marcello.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alban Caillouet Sr. and Azema Talbot 
Caillouet; four brothers, Alban Caillouet Jr., Clyde, Frank and Lawrence 
Caillouet; and three sisters, Therese Caillouet; Corrine Beuhler and Ellen 
Lasseigne.

He owned and operated Delta Restaurant Supply. He was a World War II Veteran.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Joseph Hospice and 
Thibodaux Lions Club.

Landry's Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
