Angelina Verdin

Angelina Creppell Verdin, 79, a native of Bourg and resident of Chackbay, died 
at 5:45 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 8, 2005.

Visition is from 8 a.m. to funeral time today at the Thibodaux Funeral Home in 
Thibodaux. Religious services will be at 11 a.m. today at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor in Chackbay with burial at St. Ann Cemetery in Bourg.

She is survived her husband Miguel Verdin; four sons, Lucien Verdin, and wife, 
Bobbie, of Bayou Vista, Philip Verdin and wife, Sue, of Summerfield, Charles 
Verdin and wife, Cheryl, of Chackbay, and Randy Verdin of Chackbay; six 
daughters, Anna Mae Perronne and husband, Roy, of Thibodaux, Regina Candies of 
Thibodaux, Mary Ann Verdin and husband, O'Neal, of Montegut, Loraine McLelland 
and husband, Neal, of Summerfield, Ella Thurman and husband, Mickey, of Homer, 
and Kathy Sweet of Summerfield; one sister, Delia Soley; 26 grandchildren; and 
45 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marie Creppell; five 
brothers; and two sisters.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
