Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Samart Funeral Home in Houma and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houma. Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Rogers Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Breaux LeBlanc of Houston; his mother, Rita Deroche LeBlanc Duplantis of Houma; two sons, Daniel LeBlanc Jr. of Houston and Wallace LeBlanc and wife, Amanda, of El Cajon, Calif.; one daughter, Tabitha Gonzales and husband, Eddie, of Houston; five brothers, Ernest LeBlanc, Micheal LeBlanc and wife, Billie, Robert LeBlanc, Herman LeBlanc and wife, Tammy, and Mason LeBlanc and wife, Donna; three sisters, Mable Benoit and husband, Leo, Rita Ann Hebert and husband, William, and Patricia Hebert and husband, Howard; one half-brother, James Duplantis and wife, Tanya; one half-sister, Teresa Authement and husband, Travis; seven grandchildren, Zackery, Kaelyn, Brendon, Bryan, Kasey, Trevor and Parker; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Wallace LeBlanc; and his grandparents, Joseph and Edna Deroche. He was employed by Kinder Morgan in Houston for 37 years and was a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran. He was Catholic. Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
