Janice Marie Brown, 38, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Tuesday, Sept. 
27, 2005.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Moses Baptist 
Church in Thibodaux. Service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with 
burial in Halfway Cemetery in Gray.

She is survived by her fiance, Michael Landry of Thibodaux; her parents, 
Gertrude and Gilbert Brown of Thibodaux; two daughters, Jamie Brown of Schriever 
and Miesha Brown of Thibodaux; one son, Edward Brown of Fort Campbell, Ky.; one 
sister, Joyce Marie Tillman of Thibodaux; four brothers, Fredrick Brown of 
Slidell, Leroy Brown and Leonard Brown of Thibodaux and Gilbert Brown Jr. of 
Columbus, Ga.; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, David Reed Brown Jr.; her grandparents, 
Laura Miller Victor and Chris Victor and Alma Winslow Brown and Joseph Brown.

She was Baptist.
