Lisa Callahan						[Photo]

Lisa Rae Rushing Callahan, 41, a native of Natchez, Miss., and resident of 
Houma, died at 4:28 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2005.

Visitation will be from noon to funeral time Thursday at Chauvin Funeral Home. 
Religious services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with 
burial in Southdown Cemetery.

She is survived by her companion, Harold Billiot of Theriot; her mother, Theresa 
Gautreaux Jones of Houma; one son, Sean D. Callahan of Houma; two brothers, John 
P. Rushing and Kenneth M. Rushing of Houma; one sister, Melanie Rushing Rodrigue 
and husband, Ricky Rodrigue of Houma; one grandchild, Nathan John Callahan; one 
niece; and several nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willard "Bud" E. Rushing; and one 
brother, Wayne C. Rushing.

She was a homemaker and a volunteer for the Red Cross. She was a great lover of 
animals and enjoyed gardening.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
